Will Allen on Urban Farming

Will Allen is a pioneering urban farmer and MacArthur genius award-winner.  He built the nation's pre-eminent urban farm -- a food and educational center that produces enough vegetables and fish year-round to feed thousands of people.  His organization, Growing Power, demonstrates how local food systems can help troubled youth, dismantle racism, create jobs and improve public health.
