Journalist
Pir Zubair Shah is a Pakistani journalist from South Waziristan, in the Pashtun area of Pakistan. In 2009, he shared a Pulitzer Prize for international reporting for the New York Times, with Jane Perlez, Eric P. Schmitt and Mark Mazzetti. He is currently a fellow at the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard University.
