“When we started out, it seemed completely improbable that a quirky show about ideas would ever attract much of an audience,” Anne says. “So today is our chance to tell you how much we’ve loved our weekends with you.” And Steve reflects on his interview with his childhood hero Jane Goodall, and why the minds of chimpanzees — who think without words - have always fascinated her. She thinks this is what mystics do. Goodall is the rare scientist who talks openly about her own spiritual experiences while pursuing her field studies.
